On arrival be met by our chauffeur guide and transfer to Kandy, known to be the stronghold of the Sinhalese, and subsequently the Last Kingdom of the British Empire, and soak in the cool comforting breeze and it’s scenic greenly mountains.
Visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic located on the premises of the Royal Palace of the Last King of Kandy which houses the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Lord Buddha.
Get on board a train, which leaves to the Tea Country. Sit back and enjoy the mesmerising views.
Take a quick tour of the beautiful city of Nuwara Eliya before the mist settles in.
In the morning visit a nearby school. Meet the lovely children, spend time with them drawing and storytelling. Contribute the stationery that you have brought along with you and bid goodbye with good memories.
Visit a tea factory, learn the processes of how Ceylon Tea is made and don’t forget to try out different flavours of tea.
Head back to Colombo, the Commercial Capital located in the hustle and bustle of the city-life.
